Role:
Clean & Green Landscape is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead and manage multiple residential landscape construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality.
As the single point of contact for clients after the sale, you will own daily construction operations, working closely with crews, clients, and internal teams. You’ll be in the field 90% of the time, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage 2–3 landscape construction crews, including foremen and laborers.
- Hire, train, and develop crew members and foremen, ensuring high performance and safety.
- Hold crews accountable for job quality, productivity, and professionalism.
Project Management
- Oversee daily operations of multiple active construction projects.
- Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs with clients and adjust plans and materials as needed.
- Coordinate and dispatch crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Walk all active projects daily to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Ensure all work meets project plans, client expectations, and CGL standards.
Client & Team Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, participating in group texts and updates.
- Handle client communications, updates, and problem resolution from start to finish.
- Review estimates before submission to ensure labor hours and scope align with operational capabilities.
- Coordinate closely with sales, project management, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Operations & Financial Management
- Manage budgets, labor hours, and materials to ensure projects are completed profitably.
- Approve timecards and validate weekly crew hours.
- Identify and order materials needed for current and upcoming jobs.
Results:
- Projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Clients are satisfied and stay informed throughout the project.
- Crews are well-trained, efficient, and professional, operating safely and effectively.
- Daily operations run smoothly with minimal oversight required from leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills — takes ownership and leads without waiting for permission.
- Proven experience managing landscape construction crews (hardscape, softscape, irrigation).
- Highly organized, even when managing 100+ moving parts — can prioritize, delegate, and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills — enjoys working with homeowners.
- Hands-on attitude — willing to work in the field alongside crews when needed.
- High sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset — quickly addresses issues and follows through.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and estimates.
- Comfortable using Aspire software for scheduling, communication, and task management — or willing to learn quickly.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Salary
- $70,000 to $80,000
