Role:
Clean & Green Landscape specializes in high-end residential design build projects – and those clients deserve world-class maintenance long after construction is complete.
The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, a familiarity with small-scale irrigation projects, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Maintenance Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are maintained efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crew members to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to CGL’s standards.
- Train and mentor team members on proper maintenance techniques, horticultural best practices, and safety procedures.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and accountability.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in landscape maintenance, irrigation, plant care, and leadership.
- Model and promote CGL’s core values in all work.
Maintenance Operations
- Plan daily tasks and delegate work effectively to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance.
- Perform and oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation maintenance/repairs.
- Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of irrigation systems, including seasonal controller adjustments and minor repairs.
- Organize and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles, ensuring everything is clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Assist management in identifying opportunities for additional billable work (upsell opportunities).
Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure they are maintained to company and client standards, identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients and management, addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support client consultations when necessary to review service plans or address concerns.
- Take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of all work performed, ensuring properties reflect the high-end service Clean & Green Landscape is known for.

- Properties are maintained to the highest standards, exceeding client expectations.
- Crews are well-trained, efficient, and professional, with a strong safety and service mindset.
- Client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Equipment and vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked.
- Daily operations run smoothly and efficiently with minimal oversight.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices, including irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and management.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Salary:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
